Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.  To achieve this goal, a country  needs enhanced, educated, trained and research prone professionals- keeping this as vision, National College of Education has come up with a unique teacher training facility at the sprawling campus of Rajarhat. It had been inaugurated in the year 2017,  by the Ex Education Minister of West Bengal, Sri Partha Chatterjee, in a grand ceremony. It is  approved by NCTE, HRD, Govt. of India and is affiliated to the WBUTTEPA(West Bengal University of Teacher’s Training, Education Planning and Administration), for B.Ed and WBBPE(West Bengal Board of Primary Education) for D. El. Ed(Diploa in Elementary Education).

Our mission is to provide quality education by opening new domains of learning. The curriculum is designed to integrate the study of the subject, pedagogical knowledge and communication skills. Every year, since its inception, the institution has been achieving with hundred percent excellence in results and campus placement in reputed educational institutions.

There are myriad of co curricular activities at the campus for multidimensional development- sports activities, cultural programs, exhibitions etc.  Annual excursions add more realistic educational relevance in the curriculum. In the preset scenario, virtual classes and webinars are being conducted efficiently on  a regular basis and have proved to be immensely beneficial. An outstanding, meritorious  team of mentors conduct independent research, accurately allocate resources, and provide subject-related and management advice for the holistic benefit of the institution and of its  students.
