Scholastic:

NES designs and implements its own skill and frames curriculum full of activity. All Children have needs – some have special needs, keeping this in mind the need based programmes are framed.

In the secondary section NES follows the syllabi prescribed by the council for the Indian School Certificate Examination as this is the board to which the school is affiliated. The weaker students are often asked to stay back or come earlier to school and the teacher clarifies their doubts.

Prizes and merit certificates are awarded after the end of every academic year. In memory of the honourable Founder of the school, Sudhir Kumar Saha Memorial Award goes to the best performer – in every respect of the session.
